Are you looking for ideas of what to put in your kid's Easter baskets besides sugary candy? I like to add things that support 
playing outside and creativity. Here are some ideas:1. Sidewalk Chalk
2. Coloring Books
3. Books
4. New Crayons (to replace the broken ones)
5. Bubbles (we spill half of ours so every holiday is a time for bubbles)
6. Pinwheels
7. Shovels and pails for digging in the dirt/sand
8. Playdoh
9. Water paint books
10. Jump rope
What are some of your ideas? Most of these ideas you can find at a dollar store. Easter doesn't have to be expensive gifts or toys. Sometimes the least expensive things are the best! If you want to buy some candy or treats, check out grocery stores with bulk bins where you can select a limited amount of candy or treats. We were able to find a great selection at Winco.
