NRPA Meet Me at the Park 2018

Thursday, April 5, 2018

Community parks help serve as a place to connect with nature, others in the community and help support a healthy lifestyle through playing, sports, walking/biking pathways, etc. To help celebrate Earth Month, vote for your favorite park project in 15 designated cities and/or nominate your city (or Boise) to help them receive a $20,000 park grant made possible by Disney and the NRPA. Every nomination or vote can also earn you a chance to win a GoPro HERO5 Prize Pack.

The City of Boise Parks and Recreation Department manages 1600 acres of parkland at different 90 locations. The parks department also offers many community programs throughout Boise including a movie night in the park, swim lessons, recreational activities and more. Be sure to support the parks today, by clicking here.
