Book Recommendations for Valentine's Day

Are you looking for a good romance to read to celebrate Valentine's Day? Reading a clean and wholesome romance right before Valentine's Day can be a fun way to celebrate the holiday besides the usual heart decor, chocolates, and flowers. Clean and wholesome romances can be fun and entertaining to read. I picked a few favorites ranging from historical fiction, classics and modern day romances. Here are some of my picks that I recommend:

 

Where the Stars Meet the Sea by Heidi Kimball - Juliet Graham fervently counts the days until her twenty-first birthday, when she can claim the inheritance that will grant her the freedom she has always craved and the guardianship of her younger brother. Lies Jane Austen Told Me by Julie Wright - Ever since Emma read Pride and Prejudice, she's been in love with Mr. Darcy and has regarded Jane Austen as the expert on all things romantic. So naturally when Emma falls for Blake Hampton and he invites her home to meet his parents, she is positive an engagement is in her future. After all, Blake is a single man in possession of a good fortune, and thus must be in want of a wife.

As a way to start over, Sophia moves to a new town with the goal of becoming a governess. She meets Charles Mortimer and his sister. She moves in with a charitable family who treat her as a daughter. Unfortunately, Sophia is not in the same social circles as Mr. Mortimer and she eventually finds a job as a governess working for a wealthy but dysfunctional family.
