It's hard to find easy crafts for little ones. Handprint Thanksgiving cards are an easy craft. I traced the hands of my daughter and son (making sure they're traced thumbs touched), cut out the hands, using a marker put on turkey features (eye, beak, red snood/wattle), write a message, fold over to make a card (or don't) and have your little ones decorate it.
