Flowers are fun to receive, smell great and brighten any room.
For moms who like to read, books are always fun to get. For the past several years, I've gotten my mom and mother-in-law one of Sarah Eden's books and they love it. Some other authors that I would recommend (especially for moms who like Regency reads aka Jane Austin style):
Some moms might appreciate a fun treat like chocolate, ice cream, cookies, a smoothie, fruit salad, milk shake, etc.
One of my favorite things to get for Mother's Day is a homemade card or craft from my kids. I am sure most moms appreciate something that their kids made.
