The fall season ends summer with coolish weather and fall leaves of orange, red and yellow hues. Just because it's not summer doesn't mean you can't have fun! Here's some great fall type activities to do:

1. Pick your own apples at a farm: Picking your own apples can be fun. It sometimes can be cheaper than the grocery store and can taste even better!
2. Hay rides: Hay rides can be lots of fun with your family or group of friends.
3. Pick your own pumpkin: Go to a pumpkin patch and pick out a fall pumpkin. Pumpkins are great for decorations, jack lanterns, pies, cheesecake, muffins, and more.
4. Corn mazes: Corn mazes can be a fun and enjoyable!
5. Jumping into a pile of leaves: Rake 'em up and jump away.
6. Make your own candied or caramel apples: Cheaper than buying them at the store and fun to make.
7. Tour a haunted house or museum.
8. Fall festivals: Attend community fall festivals and enjoy some different foods and activities.
9. Leaf crafts: Find a colorful leaf and press it for a picture, or brush paint on it and use it like a stamp.
10. Fall cleaning: Who says you only can do major cleaning in the spring? Prep up your home, by going through items that can be donated to goodwill, sold on craig's list, recycled or thrown away.
