Things to Do in Boise: Sycamore Park
Sunday, April 26, 2015
My son and I went to Sycamore Park in Boise located at 12275 W Braddock Dr. The park features green fields, a pavilion and a playground. The playground has an area for 2-5 years and 5-12 years. The playground for the younger age group has three slides and steering type wheels for the kids to spin. The playground area for older kids has a rope bridge and lots of climbing features. The playground also has swings. The playground surface is wood chips. There isn't a lot of shade at the park. There are young trees that could potentially provide a lot of shade. If you bring your kids, be sure to put on sun block! Also, there's a school next to the park so traffic could be congested in the morning and afternoon when schools about to start and ends. Overall, Sycamore Park is a quaint park with fun playground equipment.
