The holiday season is rough for some families and individuals. They want to give, but don't have the resources to provide gifts to loved ones. Here are some ideas of gifts that you can give that don't cost money:
1. Time: Time is the most precious gift that you can give to anyone and most people want. Time can involve setting time aside to spend with someone, going to the park, going on a walk and talking, or doing something for someone (yard work, cleaning, helping with a project, etc.).
2. Write A Sentimental Letter: Write a letter that tells how you appreciate someone, what you like about them and share a favorable memory about them.
3. Write a Poem/Song: Write a poem or song for your loved one.
4. Fill A Jar: Fill a jar with scraps of paper that have memories, attributes and talents that you notice in a loved one.
5. Draw a Picture: Draw a picture for your loved one.
6. Coupons: Make and give coupons to a loved one for doing chores, a hug, etc.
7. Sing: Sing a song to your loved one.
